After a first life at the head of their restaurant “Bib Gourmand” (Michelin) for 18 years in the Vaucluse, Florence and Jean Michel have opened since the summer 2018 a gourmet Deli catering in St Rémy de Provence.
They offer a selection of many products: spices (exotic land), condiments (mustard Fallot, homemade pickles Marc), canned artisans but also chocolate (Valrhôna), teas, coffees, jams, candied fruits and other delicacies.
A fresh radius is also offered (salads, dishes, catering, smoked salmon “homemade”, “homemade” ice creams…) Everything is produced on site in the kitchen laboratory.
A corner “cellar and liquor”, another “kitchen utensils/pastry and accessories around the wine” complete the offer.
So whether it’s for a greedy moment, a gift to make or a recipe to concoct the grocery milligram is there to meet all expectations… or almost!
